Training Days and Times
The IOP trains from Sorrento Beach in front of the Sorrento Surf Life Saving Club every Saturday morning.
SUMMER
Saturday 6.30 am on the water.
AUTUMN
Saturday 6.30 am on the water.
WINTER
As the days are shorter and the sun rises later, we get on the water at 6.45 am on Saturday.
